I'm building a business on the internet.

My background is in engineering and the life sciences. I studied both Computer Science and Biology at Stanford, and spent some time at YouTube, the Dixon and Weiss Labs at Stanford and MIT, and the Stanford Free Clinic.

I like books, swimming laps, cycling, understanding history (especially geopolitics in classical antiquity and the historical context of major world events), computer graphics (from photography to design to linear algebra), and certain video games (I spent some time as the #1 ranked Civilization 6 player in the world).
